Economic Meltdown

Posted in Money with tags , on November 4, 2008 by Christian Dice

According to Jimmy Buffett, our economy just experienced an nearly apocalyptic catastrophe. Since when did the guy who writes songs about pirates and tequila become an economic expert? Maybe he watches Steven Colbert who proclaims that, “We are the blink of financial meltdown!”

But my buddy, known here in Salt Lake as the “Loan Arranger”, assures me that used cars are still available at Low! Low! Prices! and I can personally gaurantee you that he can still afford his normal shipments of coke. Although, he has recently switched to crack, but I think that’s just like going on a diet.

Playing Dice

Posted in Money, News with tags on October 7, 2008 by Christian Dice

Apparently the U.S. Government and Wall Street both love playing dice. But Fuck! they suck.

I just got back from a business trip to Mexico where I researched and explored the purchase of some new products and I get back to Salt Lake only to find my buddy Maynard, a loan officer, crying in a pool of his own urine. Apparently he had drank too much jagermeister, but I’m sure its Henry Paulson’s fault! Damn, does anyone have some Gaudalajara Green?
